About the Role
Our Calgary distribution center is growing, and we need reliable team members to help us serve Alberta's expanding Japanese food market. You will work alongside a small, dedicated team to ensure that every product is handled with care and every order is fulfilled accurately.
Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately
- Maintain organized inventory in cold storage areas
- Assist with loading delivery trucks
- Follow food safety and HACCP protocols
- Perform inventory counts and maintain records
- Keep warehouse areas clean and organized
Qualifications
- 1Ability to work in cold environments (0°C to -20°C)
- 2Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
- 3Reliable and punctual
- 4Basic English communication skills
- 5Legal authorization to work in Canada (including working holiday visa)
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience
- Forklift certification
- Japanese language ability
